Xinjiang agriculture consumes a large amount of plastic film, and the company plans to carry out a test of degradable plastic film on 10,000 mu of farmland in Xinjiang.
The first phase of Donghua Tianye's 100,000-ton PBAT plant will be successfully started up in June 2022. High-quality products have been produced, and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit of product is at the advanced level in the same industry in China. In 2022, the PBAT device is in the process of upgrading and transformation, and has not yet been officially put into operation. In 2023, Donghua Tianye will be officially put into operation. Based on factors such as sales channels, it is planned to adopt half-load production in the initial stage of production to ensure the balance of production and sales. In addition to advanced device performance, Donghua Tianye PBAT also has the advantages of nearby supply of raw materials such as BDO and relatively low energy prices, which can effectively enhance the market competitiveness of products.
The company plans to build a whole industrial chain of degradable materials, with multiple degradable material products, an overall production capacity of 500,000 tons/year, from raw material production to product modification to the end market, etc., to consolidate its industry position in the field of degradable materials, and to build The only biodegradable material base within the group. Based on the Donghua Tianye PBAT project, the company plans to extend to both ends of the industrial chain, invest upwards in the construction of succinic acid, BDO and other production equipment, and open up links such as product modification and terminal markets downwards to reduce production costs through the entire industrial chain. Improve product competitiveness and profitability. Horizontally deploy PBAT, PBS, PBSA, PLA and other diversified degradable products, and plan to form a production capacity of 500,000 tons per year by 2030, so as to improve the anti-risk ability of products with diversification and scale.
