Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hunan Province released the environmental impact report of the construction project of Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 170,000 tons of high-performance epoxy resin (acceptance for public notice).
It is reported that the total investment of the project is 987.95 million yuan. It is located in the Baling area of the Green Chemical High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yueyang, Hunan. It mainly builds a 170,000-ton/year high-performance epoxy resin plant and supporting facilities in the resin department of Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Co., Ltd. , The scale and process of the existing production equipment of the resin department remain unchanged. The labor capacity of the project is 98 people (the number depends on the existing ones, no new ones will be added), the annual production is 333 days, the annual operation is 8000 hours, and the construction period is about 24 months.
The investment in this project is a testimony that Baling Petrochemical further refines and strengthens epoxy resin products, builds a world-class epoxy organochlorine industrial chain, and realizes the large-scale and specialized production of epoxy resin.
