On April 19, Shandong Longhua New Materials Co., Ltd. released a feasibility study report on investing in the construction of a 310,000-ton/year polyether plant expansion project.
It is understood that the project has an investment of about 200 million yuan and is located in Weigao, Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province. The project plans to renovate and expand the polyether polyol production plant in the company's first workshop and upgrade energy conservation. After the technical transformation, the production capacity of the plant will be increased from 100,000 tons/year to 310,000 tons/year. After the completion of the project, the company's total production capacity of polyether polyols will reach 930,000 tons per year. The project is planned to start construction in May 2023 and is expected to be completed in December 2024.
The device is relatively backward in terms of process technology and equipment automation level in the company, and the utilization rate of land elements is low. After the technical transformation, the device will adopt the company's own technology and break through foreign technical barriers, which can effectively reduce product energy consumption, increase production efficiency, improve safety and environmental protection level, reduce three waste emissions, and further consolidate the company's industry position in the domestic polyether polyol field.
