A few days ago, Guangdong Zhaoqing Xinghu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. introduced at an investor event that the 10,000-ton/year nylon 56 chip production line under construction at its Heilongjiang production base is expected to be completed this year. It will be put into production in half a year and reach production by the end of the year, and has the ability to rapidly expand the production scale.
It is reported that Yipin Bio uses bio-based pentamethylenediamine instead of petroleum-based hexamethylenediamine, and uses advanced biotechnology to make high-quality bio-based nylon materials from recyclable plant materials. Its Heilongjiang production base has deployed new material products such as pentamethylenediamine and bio-based nylon 56. At present, it has built a production line of 10,000 tons/year of pentamethylenediamine and 20,000 tons/year of nylon 56 salt.
Xinghu Technology is one of the very few companies in China that has mastered the core technology of bio-based pentamethylenediamine and bio-based nylon 56 new material products, and has obtained corresponding patent protection, and is vigorously developing the market. The company has cooperated with Zhejiang Dongli, Jinjiang Xinlian, Fujian Huafeng and other leading fabric manufacturers to promote the application of nylon 56 in its downstream customers of Anta, Li Ning, Adidas, Nike and other domestic and foreign first-line clothing brands.
