According to the WeChat official account of the Ministry of Transport, according to the monitoring and summary data of the Office of the State Council’s Logistics Guarantee Work Leading Group, from May 1st to May 7th, the national freight logistics operated in an orderly manner, of which:
>>National railway freight continues to maintain a high level of operation, with a total of 73.607 million tons of goods transported, a decrease of 0.41% from the previous month;
>>A total of 43,108,000 trucks have passed through expressways across the country, a decrease of 18.91% from the previous month;
>>Monitored port accumulatively completed cargo throughput of 227.835 million tons, a month-on-month decrease of 10.13%, completed container throughput of 5.189 million TEUs, a month-on-month decrease of 11.45%;
>>Civil aviation accumulated 109,372 guaranteed flights (including 2,635 cargo flights, including 1,687 international cargo flights and 948 domestic cargo flights), a decrease of 2.91% from the previous month;
>>The accumulative collection volume of postal express delivery is about 2.358 billion pieces, a month-on-month decrease of 4.80%; the cumulative delivery volume is about 2.298 billion pieces, a month-on-month decrease of 11.10%.
