On April 21, the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "2023 Action Plan for the Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain in Shanxi Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"). The "Action Plan" proposes to continuously improve the institutional policy environment for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, improve the technological innovation level of the hydrogen energy industry, strengthen the construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure, strengthen the coordination and supporting facilities of the industrial chain, and promote the further upgrading of the hydrogen energy industry chain.
The "Action Plan" proposes to focus on promoting the construction of a hydrogen energy innovation platform, carry out key hydrogen energy technology research, establish a multi-component hydrogen energy supply system, promote the construction of hydrogen refueling stations, orderly carry out demonstration applications of the hydrogen energy industry, and support the hydrogen energy industry. The development of energy industry integration and clusters, encouraging provincial state-owned enterprises to actively deploy the hydrogen energy industry, launching investment promotion for the hydrogen energy industry chain, and strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the hydrogen energy industry. It is necessary to strengthen work scheduling, strengthen work implementation, and strengthen tracking services. It can provide a strong guarantee for the healthy development of the industrial chain.
