In April, the main types of steel produced in steelmaking are HRB400 series steel types. Alloy consumption is the main component of the cost of the smelting process. Since the price of ferrosilicon alloy is higher than that of silicon-manganese alloy at this stage, the way of alloy addition has a great impact on alloy cost. The impact is relatively large. Under the leadership of the factory leader, the converter operation area convenes key personnel to conduct daily meetings to analyze and summarize. Starting from the strength performance of molten steel and the difference in unit price of ferrosilicon and silicon-manganese alloys, the cost of alloy consumption is reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the strength and performance of steel materials, and the scheme of increasing Mn and reducing Si is implemented for HRB400 (E) series steel grades. Calculation and data collection on the production site, formulating the optimal composition, and at this stage are gradually landing tests and verification of steel performance fluctuations, and initial results have been achieved. According to statistics, if Mn is increased and Si is reduced on HRB400(E) series steel, the alloy cost can be saved by 2.29 yuan/ton of steel.
At the same time, in order to strictly implement the work requirements of "three reductions and two increases" and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase, the Yili Iron and Steel Production and Logistics Department took the lead in carefully studying the rolling process, and through the details, the process of adding vanadium nitrogen alloy It was put on the agenda. After comprehensive consideration, nearly 200,000 yuan per ton of vanadium-nitrogen alloy has a considerable impact on the production process and cost. In order to solve the disadvantages, the production and logistics department collaborated with the rolling mill to deliberate on the plan, and calculated the theoretical data through the design of raw material composition, controlled rolling and controlled cooling conditions in the rolling process, and carried out the calculation of smelting composition rolling, optimized controlled rolling process, and fan flow adjustment. Fine-tuning, successively reducing the spinning temperature by nearly 80°, stably controlling the flow and wind speed according to the production rhythm, etc., initially formed a solution with a proper process. In the early stage of trial production, the rolling mill verified the functional accuracy and capability of the quenching water tank under new conditions to ensure that the site conditions met the rolling requirements. Finally, through the concerted efforts and close cooperation of the two departments, the trial production of Panluo HRB400EØ12 product was successfully completed, and the managerial inspection center tested that the mechanical properties, dimensions, and surface quality of the product all met the national standards. This work can reduce the cost of alloy steel by about 15 yuan per ton, and lay a solid foundation for the rolling process to save energy and reduce consumption.
