It is reported that since the beginning of this year, the daily output of crude oil in the old area of Qinghai Oilfield has increased by more than 300 tons compared with the beginning of the year, creating the fastest production recovery in the past three years.
Compared with previous years, in terms of power guarantee, this year is the earliest year for Qinghai Oilfield to resume work and the most guarantee for power units. 133 workover teams started and resumed work, including 110 teams for minor repairs, an increase of 62.72% year-on-year, 16 teams for major repairs, an increase of 56.25% year-on-year, and 7 workovers under pressure, with a stand-alone efficiency increase of 15.36%.
The reporter learned that in the first quarter, Qinghai Oilfield accelerated the recovery of 92 abnormal pump wells left over from last year, with an average daily recovery of 68.3 tons. Increased long-term well shutdown for oil discharge, and the average daily oil replacement volume increased by 4.3 tons. Strengthen the application of surfactant for well washing, test + popularize ZC-2 surfactant for well washing 1080 times, the wax removal effect was significantly improved, the average flowback was shortened by 0.8 days, and the cumulative oil increase was 1169 tons, which effectively improved the production time of oil wells. In addition, the gathering and transportation system was implemented to reduce the back pressure, and control measures such as adding new oil gathering valve groups, deserialization, and optimization of branch and trunk lines were carried out, and the daily oil production was restored to nearly 15 tons.
On the basis of carrying out conventional oil well measures, compared with the first quarter of last year, Qinghai Oilfield increased the workload by 141 wells, and the effective rate of the measures was 82%, which remained stable. 7711 tons.
According to reports, since the beginning of this year, Qinghai Oilfield has implemented fine water injection to stabilize production. In the first quarter, 195 water injection recovery measures such as overhaul, inspection, acidification, adjustment and flooding, and immobile strings were implemented. The average daily output of the measures reached 123 tons. Compared with the same period last year, the stage natural decline rate and comprehensive decline rate decreased by 1.5 and 1.9 percentage points respectively.
