This standard was compiled by Hantiancheng Electronic Technology (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., with the participation of 12 units including the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., and Wolfspeed. It took nearly three years.
