Favorable factors have continued to accumulate. It is expected that the scale of service imports and exports will maintain growth throughout the year, and the trade structure will continue to optimize. .
Chen Chunjiang said that a high-level service trade innovation development platform will be built, and the national service trade innovation development demonstration zone will be upgraded on the basis of the comprehensive deepening service trade innovation development pilot deployed by the State Council. Build a service outsourcing demonstration city with high standards, and further promote the upgrading and expansion of characteristic service export bases.
In recent years, China's service trade has developed rapidly. According to official data, in the first half of this year, China's total service import and export volume reached 3.1 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.5% year-on-year, of which knowledge-intensive service trade increased by 12.3% year-on-year, accounting for 43.5% of the total service trade.
In September this year, China will host the 2023 Service Trade Fair in Beijing. According to reports, as of August 20, more than 2,200 enterprises participated in the exhibition offline, including more than 500 Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, covering 28 top 30 countries and regions in service trade, and the overall internationalization rate exceeded 20%.
