The appraisal expert committee formed an appraisal opinion that: this scientific and technological achievement created a polyamide elastomer with AABB type long carbon chain polyamide as the hard segment, developed an industrialized preparation technology for long carbon chain polyamide elastomer, and achieved a typical application demonstration. Overall, it has reached the international advanced level.
Xinyuan Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd. has built a 100-ton industrial production line and will achieve stable supply in 2021. The products produced are suitable for molding processes such as supercritical foaming, and lightweight and highly elastic materials have been successfully prepared for use in the manufacturing and sales of high-end sports shoes.
The appraisal committee recommended further expanding the industrial production scale of long carbon chain polyamide elastomers, increasing promotion efforts in high-end shoe materials, professional sports equipment and medical industries, and breaking the long-term dependence on imports of high-end elastomer materials.
