Recently, the Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment plans to make an announcement on the approval decision for the environmental impact assessment document of the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of degradable green new materials.
It is understood that the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of degradable green new materials is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong, and is constructed by Zhuhai Zhongguan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. with an investment of 1,390.26 million yuan. The project mainly builds a BDO device with an annual output of 100,000 tons, a mixed butane gas separation device with an annual processing capacity of 196,000 tons, and a maleic anhydride device with an annual output of 120,000 tons. The main buildings include BDO joint production unit, deionization workshop, internal floating roof tank group, liquefied hydrocarbon tank group, loading and unloading area, sewage treatment plant, circulating water field, etc. The main equipment includes heat pump system, butane separation tower, air compressor , Circulating hydrogen compressors, new hydrogen compressors, waste gas incinerators, water pumps, fans, etc. After the expansion is completed, the annual output of the project will be BDO9.384 At the same time, the by-products are 4,936 tons/year of tetrahydrofuran, 6,160 tons/year of maleic anhydride, and 63,760 tons/year of isobutane.
All products of this project, BDO, can be used as supporting equipment for enterprises in the park, and can also build the industrial chain of n-butane-maleic anhydride-BDO-PBAT and n-butane-maleic anhydride-GBL-NMP in the park.
