The registered capital of the newly established company is 10 million yuan, and Shanghai Kaichuang subscribes and contributes 4.5 million yuan. Its business scope includes the production and sales of functionalized polyurethane films, the production and sales of functionalized silicone films, the production and sales of shape memory polymer film materials; the transfer of technological achievements, technical services; thermal conductive materials, insulating materials, magnetic materials, optoelectronic devices sales; plastic products, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, metal materials wholesale and retail, engaged in product import and export and technology import and export business.
