It is understood that the company’s hydrogen ammonia project under construction has a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan and started construction in November 2020. It is listed as a key construction project in Henan Province in 2020 and a national strategic industrial cluster bank-enterprise cooperation project in 2020. It is a supporting supporting project for major projects such as 1 million tons of caprolactam and 600,000 tons of adipic acid in the “China Nylon City”. After it is put into operation, it will realize the localized production of key raw materials for the nylon industry and directly reduce the cost of purchasing nylon chemical raw materials. Shenma will also achieve a wider range of upward integrated operations, extend the nylon 66 industry chain to the upstream basic raw material field, and further highlight the advantages of the entire industry chain. At present, the project has entered the stage of equipment installation and commissioning.
The air separation unit is the first unit to be started up in this project, which can provide oxygen, nitrogen, etc. for other units. The three major units of the air separation unit are produced by external manufacturers, and the cycle is long. In order to ensure the construction period, the company sent special personnel to “watch” the factory for nearly 20 days, urging the manufacturer to work overtime and rush to work, and finally realized the three major units of the air separation unit. All hoisted in place on time.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the power receiving work, the company’s project department organized all parties to carry out special inspections in advance. The electrical department organized personnel to carefully inspect the primary and secondary equipment of the substation, refine the power transmission steps, and improve the emergency plan.
A few days ago, the 10KV substation’s power receiving procedures were carried out sequentially, laying the foundation for a successful power receiving. At that time, it can provide reliable power guarantee for the power receiving of each substation, pipeline purging of each device, test operation of pumps, instrument debugging, etc. .
In the process and piping stage, the number of construction personnel on site per day is kept at about 2,000. The employees of the company’s power workshop are divided into two teams and work at the same time to ensure the construction progress to the greatest extent. At present, the cleaning of the pipeline has begun to prepare for the next step of purging.
