According to the "Hangzhou Transportation" WeChat public account, recently, due to the adjustment of domestic refined oil prices, the highest retail price of No. 92 gasoline in Zhejiang Province was adjusted to 7.63 yuan per liter at 24:00 on July 12, which has exceeded the price of oil transportation The starting point of linkage adjustment, and last for more than 30 days (inclusive). According to the "Notice on Improving the Linkage Mechanism of Fuel Transportation Prices for Parade Taxi in Hangzhou City" (Hangzhou Development and Reform Price [2019] No. 457), after research by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Transportation Bureau, starting from August 18, 2023, the municipal District cruise taxis (except electric vehicles) charge a fuel surcharge of 1 yuan per trip. In other words, passengers need to pay 1 yuan more each time they take a taxi.
This adjustment applies to the 10 districts of Shangcheng, Gongshu, West Lake, Binjiang, Xiaoshan, Yuhang, Linping, Qiantang, Fuyang and Lin'an. Pure electric cruising taxis and online car-hailing vehicles do not involve fuel surcharges.
