The "Plan" requires that the first is to strengthen the supply of express green packaging application policies. Promote the convergence of policies and systems such as express green packaging governance and plastic pollution control, and the construction of a "zero-waste city" in the whole region, and promote the implementation of the general requirements for express green packaging in the province.
The second is to expand the supply of express green packaging products. Guide and support packaging production enterprises in the province to develop and promote performance-standard, green and economical express green packaging products, and promote the formation of a complete industrial chain from the production of fully biodegradable packaging raw materials to the production of finished products.
The third is to establish a sound express packaging recycling system. Recycling and disposal of express packaging waste in densely populated places such as residential quarters and colleges and universities, exploring and developing the new business model of "Internet + recycling", combining with the construction of renewable resource recycling outlets and other projects, and coordinating the recycling of recyclable express packaging and allocating facilities construction needs, etc. .
The fourth is to carry out pilot demonstrations of express green packaging. Focusing on e-commerce express packaging and outlying island duty-free commodity packaging, etc., carry out pilot demonstrations of express green packaging, and support postal services, JD.com and other companies to carry out pilot projects of large-scale application of recyclable express packaging.
At the same time, the "Proposal" also issued guidelines for the evaluation of the entire chain of green packaging for express delivery, providing operational guidelines for scientifically evaluating the effectiveness of green packaging applications for delivery companies.
