Importantly, Makrolon LQ2887 polycarbonate material provides UV protection at wavelengths up to 400 nanometers (nm), while blocking high-energy UVA and UVB rays. The product’s lenses are thin, stylish, and impact-resistant for outdoor sports such as mountain biking and beach volleyball. Its UV protection is especially effective in beach and snow environments, as water and snow strongly reflect harmful UV rays.
