Nanhua Research Institute developed NC310 methanol synthesis catalyst on the basis of methanol synthesis catalyst C307. The catalyst adopts a reasonable formula and advanced binary precursor preparation technology, so that the content of surface active components is relatively high and the activity is better; the colloidal carrier prepared by using a special carrier preparation technology has a specific crystal form and a reasonable size distribution , so that the catalyst has a suitable pore size distribution, which is beneficial to the mass transfer and heat transfer in the methanol synthesis reaction process, and improves the selectivity and stability of the catalyst.

At present, the catalyst preparation technology has applied for 8 Chinese invention patents, 3 of which have been authorized.
