Blasco Green PE used in UK mail bag production

Resin Trade, an internationally renowned polymer distributor, recently reached a cooperation agreement with Duo UK, a British PE plastic bag production company, and designated it as the exclusive mail bag manufacturer in the UK. It is reported that this new type of mail bag will be made of green PE.

Green PE is the flagship product of Braskem, a global leader in bioplastic production. Braskem extracts ethanol/ethylene from locally grown sugar cane as raw material for green PE production. The green PE it produces not only has the same performance as petroleum-based PE, but also can be 100% recycled.

Prior to April, Blasco authorized Resin Trade to become the company's exclusive green PE agent in the UK and Ireland markets.

Mail bag made of green PE

This is a landmark move for Duo UK. It means that this large British plastic bag manufacturer now has the ability to bring 100% renewable products to its customers, which can better meet the growing demand for green products in the British market.

In order to help customers and consumers better identify Braskem's exclusive green PE plastic, the company has printed the "I'm green" logo on each product sealing cap to ensure the recyclability of the plastic .
