3. Interpretation of Santao:
From the import and export data of propylene oxide in the first three quarters of this year, we can see that there is still a certain increase in imports after deducting the amount of re-exports. Since the beginning of this year, the price of imported PO was at the same level as the domestic price. However, with the improvement of polyether export tax rebates, the attractiveness of importing PO for processing trade has declined; in addition, Korean sources have also joined the ” The army fighting for territory”. It is expected that in the future, the prices of imported goods will need to have greater discounts to attract domestic manufacturers. In terms of export, this year as a whole, the volume of goods exported by trade methods other than re-exports is very small. However, it is expected that the HPPO technology independently developed in China will mature in the future, which will lead to the development of PO A key to the export of processing trade.
