The production line has the advantages of stable product quality, high product qualification rate, smooth surface of finished boards, uniform thickness, and various product specifications. In addition, due to the increase in the size of the board, the material yield and board utilization rate of furniture manufacturers have been greatly improved. At the same time, the second phase of the project’s veneer panel production line, which adopts German Winkner’s 9-foot double-sided press-fit veneer technology and equipment, provides high-quality, rich-category veneer panels for furniture manufacturers to meet diverse market needs.

Relying on the Internet of Things technology, it realizes production logistics management, human-computer interaction and the application of 3D technology in the production process of panels, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of panel production, and establishing an adaptable, The smart factory of resource efficiency and human factors engineering digitizes and intelligentizes the supply of raw materials, panel manufacturing, and furniture customer needs in the production of Hexiang panels to achieve fast, efficient, and personalized panel supply.
One-stop empowering home furnishing enterprises
The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase is the first CPS+9-foot continuous flat pressing production line in China, and the second phase is the 9-foot double-sided pressing and veneer production line in Winkner, Germany.
Secondly, the project will cooperate with industry companies such as panel cladding, edge banding, furniture design, and logistics transportation to carry out industrial chain collaboration and resource integration. Reduce logistics costs and empower home furnishing companies in one stop.
