It is reported that Oriental Yuhong has deployed 28 production, R&D and logistics bases across the country, practicing the development concept of innovation, high efficiency and environmental protection, realizing comprehensive utilization of heat energy, energy saving and cost saving. In addition to the polyurethane waterproof coating production line independently developed by Puyang Dongfang Yuhong, the polyurethane production line in Xinyi production base introduced the advanced conceptual design of German Bayer; the polyurethane workshop in Tangshan production base uses multiple sets of independent vacuum systems, air compressor stations, and cooling water systems , chilled water system, nitrogen system, powder conveying system, 6 fully automatic canning lines including manipulators, to realize the whole process of automatic production; all-round collection and control of temperature, liquid level, weight, pressure, vacuum, flow , Precisely control the production process of each product line through more than a dozen sets of sequential control processes.
