The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation announced on the 17th that starting from March 20, 2020, the export tax rebate rate for 1084 products such as porcelain sanitary ware will be increased to 13%. The export tax rebate rate for 380 products including growth regulators increased to 9%.
In the list, there are 777 chemical products, accounting for 53% of the total list. Regarding polyurethane products, the tax rates of the main toluene diisocyanate, resin and other related products have been adjusted, as follows:

According to the analysis, the increase in the export tax rebate rate involves a number of products such as agricultural products and primary processed products, and the scope of the policy is relatively wide. By increasing the export tax rebate rate, it is possible to reduce the operating costs of foreign trade companies, ease the pressure on corporate cash flow, and promote the stabilization of foreign trade.
