Recently, Yida shares stated on the interactive platform that the construction of the company's 150,000-ton propylene oxide project has entered the final stage of work.

Project Introduction:

In January 2019, the Jiangsu Taixing government website released the environmental impact report (draft for comments) of Taixing Yida Chemical's annual production of 150,000 tons of propylene oxide project.

On March 25, 2020, Yida Co., Ltd. announced to the public that the company plans to issue no more than 24.1713 million shares (including the original number) in a non-public manner, and the raised funds will not exceed 200 million yuan. The raised funds will be used for the construction of the "Propylene Oxide Project with an annual output of 150,000 tons" after deducting the issuance expenses, so as to speed up the completion and commissioning of the project, so as to enhance the company's competitiveness and lay the foundation for the continuous expansion of the company's business scale.

It is understood that the total investment of the fundraising project "150,000 tons of propylene oxide per year" project is 1.025 billion yuan. The company plans to invest no more than 200 million yuan in this non-public offering. The project is located in Taixing Economic Development Zone Within the project, the project plans to use the HPPO method green cleaning process to build a propylene oxide plant with an annual output of 150,000 tons, supporting the construction of an annual output of 180,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide (60%) plant (raw material for propylene oxide), public works and auxiliary facilities.

After the project is completed, it will form a production scale with an annual output of 150,000 tons of propylene oxide, which can provide the company with reliable propylene oxide raw material guarantee and assist the company to establish a competitive advantage for the integrated development of upstream and downstream.
