Shanghai, China – November 22, 2022 – Today, BASF Coatings Business The Surface Treatment global business unit operating under the Chemetall brand celebrated the official opening of its state-of-the-art surface treatment production facility in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province. The base is BASF’s first production base in the Dushan Port Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 60,000 square meters. It is also BASF’s largest surface treatment base in the world.
