In the past, TPU had high requirements in terms of cost and environmental protection, which limited its application in various fields. Through this exhibition, our customers can have more and better choices. Q3: Please briefly introduce to us the products or technologies that your company is promoting at this Chinaplas ? A: With the development of the domestic plastics industry, the application of TPU products has been diversified, "clothing, food, housing , line” are everywhere in various fields. TPU is an environmentally friendly material. In the future, all PVC products will be upgraded to TPU Products. At this exhibition, we launched a new TPU product series for calendered films. These products have excellent physical properties, good fluidity, good transparency, low temperature resistance, wear resistance and easy processing. They can be applied to conveyor belts and rubber films by powder grinding, melt roll coating, extrusion and calendering. , inflatables, protective sleeves, extrusion processing, shaped extrusion, textile substrates, conveyor belts, melt coatings on conveyor belts, extrusion, calendering or sintering. Among TPU products (CP-125, CP-126, CP-127) for melt coating calendering, CP-126 is our new product from last year. Half a year began to fully develop new products that will be fully promoted this year. Its safety performance is above food grade, with high melting point and wear resistance. Compared with the past used in pipes, injection molding, etc., it can now also be used in large-area films on conveyor belts and conveyor belts, which is convenient to adapt to different processing methods of customers. In addition, hot melt adhesive, a new material promoted last year, is applied between shoe materials and textile fabrics. In the past, due to high domestic costs, large labor consumption, product appearance and production capacity will be affected. Since the end of last year, we have fully realized mechanized production, adopting the method of hot pressing and one-time molding, which greatly improves the aesthetics of the product and increases the productivity. Now, in addition to shoe materials and textiles, it will also be applied to automotive interior parts. Therefore, it will also be a hot product. Everyone knows that the biggest advantage of TPU products is environmental protection. Although the current production cost is relatively high, it is undeniable that with the The promulgation of the "Materials Industry Development Document" will still be a major trend in the production of plastic products in the future. Old customers are good friends of Coating, and they know Coating products very well; new customers are mainly concerned about whether our products can help their product applications in terms of performance demands and environmental protection demands, and also hope to be able to pass through Coating products.
