Construction site: Block D-24-3#, north of Weiwu Road, south of Dujuan Road, east of Xiangchun Road, west of Tanhui Road, Gaoxin District

Construction unit: Daosheng Material Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.

Land area: 84 mu, including 74 mu for the first phase project and 10 mu for the second phase project.

Construction time: The planned construction time of the project is from June 2023 to December 2026, of which the construction time of the first phase is from June 2023 to December 2024, and the construction time of the second phase is from June 2025 to December 2026.

Construction content and scale: The project is constructed with an annual output of 138,000 tons of high-end adhesives for new energy and power batteries, and high-performance composite resin system projects. The main products are new energy adhesives (48kt/a), high-end adhesives for power batteries (50kt /a), high-performance composite material resin system (40kt/a).

Scope of application: The project is mainly polyurethane and epoxy resin adhesives. It is mainly used in the new energy industry, including wind power generation, adhesives for new energy vehicles and high-performance composite materials.

Expected income: After the project is put into production, the average annual income will be 4,023.6 million yuan, and the average annual net profit will be 491,932,900 yuan.
