On June 12, 2023, the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on printing and distributing the “Recommended List of Substitutes for Ozone Depleting Substances in China”. In order to implement the “Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer” and accelerate the phase-out of HCFCs, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly formulated the “China’s Ozone Layer Depleting Recommended List of Substance Substitutes. It is now printed and distributed, please promote and apply it in combination with the actual situation.
