Project Overview:

Comprehensive utilization of alkane resources integrated project (phase I) 300,000 tons/year propylene oxide, 250,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide (100% discount) combined plant construction, installation and construction general contracting.

Among them, the 300,000 tons/year propylene oxide unit includes: epoxidation reaction unit, propylene oxide refining unit, methanol hydrogenation unit, propylene recovery unit, methanol refining unit, exhaust gas treatment unit, catalyst revival unit, public engineering unit , demethanol and ether concentration unit, ether water separation unit, propylene glycol concentration unit, propylene glycol impurity removal unit, PO intermediate tank area, alcohol ether recovery and methanol circulation tank area, refrigeration station, HPPO joint transformation and distribution room, etc.; estimate construction cost (including the cost of main materials) about 250 million yuan.

Among them, the 250,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide (folded) plant consists of two 125,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide production lines, including: hydrogenation process, oxidation process, extraction and purification process, post-treatment process, preparation process, concentration process, public system, hydrogen peroxide Tundish tank group, process accident pool, etc.

Integrated Project of Comprehensive Utilization of Alkane Resources

Zhejiang Yuanjin New Material Co., Ltd.'s integrated alkane resource comprehensive utilization project is the largest industrial project invested by a single entity in Shaoxing City. After completion, it will help Shangyu to take the lead in the construction of a demonstration zone for high-quality manufacturing development in the province.

The project is located in Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hangzhou Bay, Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Construction will start at the end of December 2020, with a total investment of 20.8 billion. The project will be implemented in two phases: the first phase of the project plans to invest 11 billion yuan, and it will be completed and put into operation in July 2023. The planned investment of the second phase of the project is 9.8 billion yuan. After the project is fully completed, the sales revenue is expected to reach 34 billion yuan, and the profit and tax are 4.7 billion yuan.

The project plans to build two 750,000-ton propane dehydrogenation propylene plants, three polypropylene plants with a total capacity of 1.25 million tons, one 400,000-ton hydrogen peroxide plant, and one 300,000-ton direct oxidation propylene oxide plant. tons of hydrogen by-product.

In this project, Honeywell UOP will be responsible for providing authorization, process design package, patented equipment, on-site operator training, start-up and continuous operation technical services, as well as key catalysts and adsorbents of the project, to help Yuanjin new materials realize The goal of rapid construction and start-up of propylene plants, faster return on investment, and lower carbon emissions.

Since Honeywell's UOP Oleflex™ propane dehydrogenation technology was first commercialized 30 years ago, 41 Oleflex™ units producing specialized propylene and isobutylene have been successfully commercialized.
