On August 21, Powerway Group and Vietnam Rubber Urban Development and Industrial Park JSC signed a land lease agreement located in Cong Hoa Industrial Park, Hai Duong Province, northern Vietnam. The signing of the agreement will pave the way for new energy projects led by Pauway Group.
It is reported that Powerway Group plans to invest 350 million US dollars in Vietnam to build an advanced solar production plant, focusing on the production of photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic modules and advanced alloy strips. The plant will start operation in 2024.

Boviet Solar, a subsidiary of Boway, was established in Vietnam in 2013. As of 2023, Boviet Solar's annual photovoltaic cell and module manufacturing capacity will be 3.0GW, and its products are mainly sold to the US market.
