According to the monitoring data of the production materials market of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, this week (August 7-13), the average price of coal in Shanxi Province was 1220.85 yuan/ton, which was the same as the previous week. Among them, the average price of No. 2 anthracite was 1309.75 yuan/ton, up 2.0% month-on-month; the average price of thermal coal with a calorific value of 5000-5500 kcal was 700 yuan/ton, up 1.9% month-on-month; the average price of coking coal 1/3 coking coal was 1652.8 yuan/ton , down 2.2% month-on-month. The anthracite lump coal market in the province continues its upward trend, and the prices of large coal enterprises have temporarily stabilized. The prices of local coal enterprises in Jincheng have generally increased, with a range of about 30-80 yuan/ton. The thermal coal market in the province continued to rise, coal companies sold relatively smoothly, and inventories were generally low. Some coal companies in Shuozhou raised their prices by 10 yuan/ton. The clean coal market for coking in the province is running weakly. The prices of most varieties of major coal enterprises have generally dropped by 25-50 yuan/ton, and the lean coal market prices in Jinzhong, Yuncheng, and Changzhi have dropped by 20-120 yuan/ton. Coal prices are expected to rise steadily in the short term.
