Thermoplastic R-Series: Designed for Industrial and Consumer Applications
KRAIBURG TPE’s new Thermoplastic R post-consumer recycled TPE series includes the RC/PCR/AP and RC/FC/PCR/AP series for industrial and consumer applications in Asia Pacific.
RC/FC/PCR/AP range for consumer applications – 9% – 38% post consumer recycled content (depending on hardness). The series complies with FDA CFR21 food contact regulations, REACH
SVHC and RoHS compliant.
RC/PCR/AP range for industrial applications – it contains 25%-48% post consumer recycled material (depending on hardness), this range is RoHS and UL94 HB compliant
standard. These two TPE series are widely used in the application of multi-component lagging PP parts or single-component parts.
New FG/SF/AP Series: Designed for Asia Pacific Automotive Interior Applications
KRAIBURG TPE’s FG/SF/AP series are designed for automotive interior applications. This series has the characteristics of excellent surface touch, high fluidity, low density, low odor, low emission and can be encapsulated with PP.
Thermoplastic H Series: Designed for Medical and Healthcare Devices
KRAIBURG TPE® Thermoplastic H is a new TPE series, a TPE material solution specially designed for the Asia-Pacific healthcare and medical equipment market. It complies with cytotoxicity ISO 10993-5, GB/T
16886.5 and a number of international food contact material regulations and related medical safety standards. Thermoplastic H-Series is free of heavy metals, latex, PVC, phthalates and other potentially harmful substances; EtO and
Autoclave at 121°C.
