Pearl Polyurethanes, a leading polyurethane systems company, has opened a new office in Egypt called Pearl Polyurethanes North Africa to better serve the North African region.
Ahmed Youssef recently joined the company and the Egypt office as Head of Sales for North Africa. With more than ten years of technical sales experience, he can help the company expand the market of polyurethane products in Egypt and North Africa. He previously held similar roles at Dow and BASF.
Ahmed Youssef will be responsible for providing personalized service support to existing Pearl Polyurethanes customers and meeting the growing demand from new customers in North Africa for the EcoPearl insulation range and other polyurethane applications.
Polyurethane foam market
With the population of Egypt exceeding 100 million and continuing to grow at a rate of nearly 2% per year, the growth of the polyurethane foam market in Egypt is expected to exceed the growth forecast of the GCC, which is 2026 by 2026 The compound growth rate is 5%.
