Introduction to Construction Content
The existing project uses finished polyurethane as the main raw material, adds other fillers and additives, and produces adhesives through simple physical mixing. This expansion builds a separate and isolated production area in the reserved position of the existing adhesive workshop, and adds a "raw material pretreatment" process on the basis of the existing process, using isocyanate and polyether polyol as raw materials to produce intermediate products such as polyurethane ( Referred to as "prepolymer"); then relying on the existing project, using the intermediate product "prepolymer" as raw material, adding other fillers and additives, and producing adhesives through pure physical mixing.
Product plan
The expansion project uses isocyanate and polyether polyol as raw materials to produce high-performance battery glue through the newly added "raw material pretreatment" and relying on the existing battery glue production equipment. The expansion project has an annual output of 1,000 tons of battery glue. After completion, the annual output of the whole plant will be 5,400 tons of battery glue, 7,900 tons of structural glue, and 3,700 tons of semi-finished structural glue.
