Inner Mongolia Junzheng 2 × 600,000 tons BDO project hoisting of the first batch of equipment was successfully completed

On April 12, Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 2 × 600,000 tons of BDO and an annual output of 2 × 1 million tons of PBAT/PBS/PBT/PTMEG green environmental protection recycling industry phase I project batch installation project (tender section 1) The eight generators of the acetylene plant were hoisted successfully under the careful organization of the project leader and the active cooperation of the construction team.

It is understood that the size of the generator is φ3200mm*10418mm and it weighs about 26 tons.

This hoisting adopts a single crane hoisting process, and the crane is used to penetrate from top to bottom through the reserved hole on the upper part of the frame. Hoist the shell part first, and then hoist the reducer. For vertical equipment hoisting, the equipment changes from a lying position to a standing position, using the delivery method of two cranes, one main and one auxiliary, that is, the upper part of the equipment is lifted by the main crane, and the tail of the equipment is lifted by the auxiliary crane until the equipment is in an upright state.

This hoisting operation is the first equipment hoisting of the 11th Chemical Construction Junzheng Project, which has been highly concerned and recognized by the supervisor and the owner, and has laid a solid foundation for future construction.
