The project is jointly funded and constructed by Baling Petrochemical and Shanghai Petrochemical. It is located in Shanghai Jinshan Second Industrial Zone. It adopts the green and environmental protection thermoplastic rubber SBS, SEBS and SIS complete production technology with independent intellectual property rights of Baling Petrochemical, and the annual production capacity is 250,000. 10,000 tons of thermoplastic elastomer devices, including 140,000 tons of SBS per year, 50,000 tons of SEBS per year and 60,000 tons of SIS per year.
Since the beginning of the year, the Shanghai Jinshan Baling SBC Project Department has completed the design of architectural structural drawings, and organized the participating units to jointly improve the overall overall plan, formulate safeguard measures, and make preparations for construction; strengthen communication with local government departments, and obtained Shanghai Jinshan District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau Engineering Planning and Construction Permit. In the next stage, the construction unit is Shanghai Jinshan Baling SBC Project Department, the construction unit is Sinopec Tenth Construction Company, the design unit is Hunan Baili Engineering Company, the supervision unit is Shanghai Jinshen Supervision Company, and the third-party HSE management unit is Shanghai Runnuo Management Company We will strengthen cooperation and jointly promote safe and high-quality construction of the project according to the six major control requirements of safety, quality, progress, investment, contract and integrity.
This project is one of the projects of Baling Petrochemical "going out of Baling and developing Baling". The development strategy of shifting materials to high-end and parks to ecology has been implemented, filling the gap that Sinopec has no thermoplastic rubber devices in East China, providing high-end thermoplastic rubber products for the Yangtze River Delta region, and further promoting Jinshan District's "two districts and one fort" The implementation of the strategy has boosted Shanghai's "North-South Transformation".
