Longhua New Material’s polyether polyol production plant technical renovation project has been filed

Recently, Longhua New Materials issued an announcement stating that the company obtained the project record issued by the Gaoqing County Administrative Approval Service Bureau on April 3 for the "310,000 tons/year polyether plant expansion and energy-saving improvement project". The polyether polyol production plant in the workshop underwent reconstruction, expansion and energy-saving upgrading. After the technical transformation, the production capacity of the plant increased from 100,000 tons/year to 310,000 tons/year.

The device is relatively backward in terms of process technology and equipment automation level in the company, and the utilization rate of land elements is low. After the technical transformation, the device adopts the company's own technology and breaks through foreign technical barriers. The polymer polyol (POP) products it produces have the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity, non-gelling when in contact with water, low VOC, and white chroma; The equipment adopts automatic control and continuous production process to reduce product energy consumption, improve production efficiency, improve safety and environmental protection level, reduce three waste emissions, and further consolidate the company's industry position in the domestic polyether polyol field.
