Shiming Technology and Luoyang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. jointly carry out the market promotion of in-situ polymerized polyester

In order to quickly promote the strategic cooperation with China Textile Research Institute on polyester and polyamide stock solution coloring projects, and implement the industrialization of the project “High-quality stock solution dyed polyester in-situ method continuous polymerization technology application”, Shiming Technology signed a contract with Luoyang Petrochemical Relevant cooperation agreements, jointly carry out the marketing work of in-situ polymerized polyester products.

It is reported that the high-quality dope dyed polyester in-situ method continuous polymerization technology application project is a national “13th Five-Year” key research and development plan project, which will be established in 2020. The project is led by General Technology China Textile Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., in conjunction with China Three units including Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Suzhou Shiming Technology Co., Ltd., and China Textile Institute (Tianjin) Technology Development Co., Ltd. jointly undertake the joint innovation of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and improve the quality of domestic dope-dyed polyester fiber products. Further reduce production energy consumption and help the country’s “double carbon” strategic goal to be implemented.

Previously, Shiming Technology, as the undertaking unit of the project sub-project “Continuous Preparation Technology of High Storage Stable Ethylene Glycol-based Ultrafine Pigment Color Paste”, has developed a continuous preparation technology of high storage stability Ethylene Glycol-based ultra-fine pigment color paste. A 5,000-ton/year ethylene glycol-based ultra-fine pigment paste automatic continuous production demonstration line has been built, and the continuous production of ethylene glycol-based ultra-fine pigment paste has been completed. The ethylene glycol-based ultra-fine pigment paste produced by this demonstration line All indicators of the fine pigment color paste products have met the project requirements, and the joint unit Luoyang Petrochemical has completed the verification of an annual output of 100,000 tons of in-situ polymerization dope coloring polyester continuous polymerization melt direct spinning production line, reached the assessment indicators, and successfully passed the project performance evaluate.

According to the agreement, the two parties will give full play to their resource advantages in their respective fields, innovate cooperation models, expand cooperation fields, and continuously promote cooperation to a higher level and wider fields.
