Since joining Dow in 2001, Zhu Chengyi has held various leadership and management positions in Greater China and Asia Pacific. Since 2020, she has served as Global Product Director for Dow's Consumer Products Solutions business unit, where she is responsible for driving the growth of the Engineered Materials and Elastomers business and responsible for the business profit and loss management. Prior to this, she served as Asia Pacific Product Director of Dow Elastomers Business Unit since 2017, responsible for the development of the elastomer business in the Asia Pacific region. From 2013 to 2017, she served as Commercial Director, Asia Pacific, Automotive Systems Business Unit, Dow Corporation. Prior to this, she also held multiple positions in marketing, product sales, and business development in several business departments of Dow.
