According to public information query from the Shaanxi Provincial Government Service Network (an online approval and supervision platform for investment projects), on September 4, the blue carbon technology transformation project of Jinchuan Hongtai Magnesium Alloy Co., Ltd. in Fugu County passed the review and completed the filing. This project will upgrade the original 600,000 tons blue charcoal production line to a 3×100,000 tons/year, 2×150,000 tons/year blue charcoal furnace production system, including a blue charcoal production system with closed material transportation and internal heat vertical pyrolysis. Furnace construction, VOCS control, DCS automatic control, tar tank, gas purification system (dual electric supplement), double chambers and double gates, oil-water separation system, coke waste heat recovery and utilization and other systems will be upgraded. The total investment of the project is 8 million yuan, and construction is planned to start in September.
