Foreign news on September 15, the Russian Ministry of Finance announced on Friday that Russian crude oil export tariffs will increase to US$23.9 per ton in October due to rising global oil prices. The September tariff was $21.4 per ton.
Tariff levels are calculated by the Treasury based on monitoring of seaborne Urals crude oil prices.
The Ministry of Finance determined export tariffs for October based on prices from August 15 to September 14.
