The Department of Commerce of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region stated that as the policy of increasing production and ensuring supply continues to advance, the production capacity of coal enterprises in main production areas has increased, the amount of imported coal has increased, and the market supply capacity has been enhanced. Downstream market demand is weak and transaction activity is sluggish. The procurement pace of some traders and terminals has slowed down, which has jointly driven the coal price to decline month-on-month. The coal market is expected to be stable in the near future, with prices fluctuating up and down.
