1. Overview of foreign investment
On May 25, 2022, Hongchang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. held the 23rd meeting of the fifth board of directors, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's Signing of the "Project Investment Agreement"". In order to pursue long-term development, the company agreed to sign a "Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Jinwan District, Zhuhai City to invest in the new project of "Zhuhai Hongchang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. Phase III Annual Production of 80,000 tons of Electronic Grade Functional Epoxy Resin Project".
On May 31, 2022, the company completed the signing of the "Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Jinwan District, Zhuhai City.
On September 7, 2022, Zhuhai Hongchang signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Zhuhai Municipal Natural Resources Bureau and obtained the land for project construction.
2. Progress of foreign investment
On September 14, 2023, Zhuhai Hongchang obtained the "Construction Project Construction Permit" (No. 440404202309140101). Obtaining this permit indicates that the construction project meets the construction conditions and is approved for construction. The company actively promotes project construction in compliance with relevant national standards and requirements.
