Previously, on August 17, the project’s first production unit, the polypipe in front of the No. 4 polymerization unit of the polyamide unit, was officially fed, and slices were successfully produced, realizing the full process integration, safe and stable start-up, and the project was fully completed and put into production. A crucial step. At present, the device is operating stably, with a daily output of 70 tons of high-quality slices. The polyamide unit in the old area of the caprolactam department was shut down on August 27.
On August 28, the Caprolactam Department of Baling Petrochemical received an order for nylon 6 chips and full payment. They communicated with customers who have cooperated with them for more than 10 years and decided to ship the goods from the New District chip warehouse. The company launched a new sales business process, completed order issuance, logistics and delivery and other online system operations, and handled vehicle entry procedures in advance to ensure on-schedule delivery.
It is reported that the automation level of packaging, warehousing, loading and other operations of the slice warehouse in the new area of the project is further improved compared with the old area, the number of loading labor is reduced by 80%, and the loading efficiency is doubled. At the same time, the new device’s slicing packaging bags are upgraded to green, environmentally friendly and easily degradable FFS (bag making-filling-sealing-palletizing integration) heavy-duty film packaging bags, which are stacked on pallets and covered with stretch film before being transported into the warehouse. It can effectively protect the quality of sliced packaging during the process.
