There are now 1,400 intelligent working faces in coal mines across the country, and the number of coal mines with intelligent working faces has reached 730, accounting for 59.5% of the production capacity.
"However, the overall level of intelligent construction of mines in China is not high enough. There are still problems such as insufficient understanding in some regions and some enterprises, unbalanced construction progress, insufficient relevant standards and regulations, and insufficient adaptability of some technical equipment. Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Mine Safety Production" (referred to as the "Opinions"), which includes stricting mine safety access, promoting mine transformation and upgrading, and preventing and resolving major safety risks. We will make targeted arrangements in six aspects, including strengthening the main responsibilities of enterprises, implementing the responsibilities of local party and government leaders and departmental supervision and inspection responsibilities, and promoting the legal management of mine safety. Among them, special arrangements have been made for the intelligent construction of mines.
Sun Qingguo said that the promulgation of the "Opinions" provides a valuable opportunity to accelerate the pace of intelligent construction of mines in China, and will focus on the following aspects for implementation.
First, strengthen top-level design, improve regulations and standards, study and issue the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the High-Quality Development of Digital and Intelligent Mines", actively guide areas with severe disasters and high altitudes to accelerate the construction of intelligent mines, and promote the safe operation of mines with severe disasters. Harm-free and less-hazardous mining, remote low-altitude operations in high-altitude mining areas.
The second is to increase policy support, provide precise support in terms of production capacity increase, safety production standardization assessment, safety production expense use, etc., focus on promoting intelligent high-standard construction and normal operation, and continuously improve the safety benefits of intelligent construction. , economic benefits and social benefits.
The third is to strengthen service guidance, hold a special on-site promotion meeting for the intelligent construction of open-pit mines, exchange and learn advanced technologies for intelligent construction of open-pit mines, and summarize and promote the experience and practices of various places. Actively guide universities, scientific research institutes, mining and technology enterprises to jointly carry out scientific and technological research, and fully promote the widespread application of unmanned driving, intelligent drilling and blasting, new energy technologies, etc. in open-pit mines.
