According to reports, from 2013 to 2022, courts across the country have concluded more than 28,000 first-instance criminal cases involving the crime of producing, selling, and providing counterfeit drugs, the crime of producing, selling, and providing substandard drugs, and the crime of obstructing drug management, with 38,000 people sentenced. The remaining people. The typical cases released this time are closely related to the safety of people's daily medication, involving different types of drugs such as imported drugs, vaccines, medical beauty drugs, special disease drugs, dental over-the-counter drugs, including cybercrimes, disinfectant products counterfeiting drugs, and medical insurance fraud. and other typical criminal methods, which are representative to a certain extent.
