Recently, Coim acquired 100% of the shares of Neoflex. The Italian company has been Neoflex’s majority shareholder since 2021.
Neoflex, headquartered in Elche, Spain, produces one- and two-component polyurethane adhesives and reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives. These industrial adhesives are used in industries such as wooden furniture, textiles and automotive.
Coim President and CEO Giuseppe
Librandi said the acquisition of a controlling stake in Neoflex in 2021 allowed Coim to strengthen its position in polyurethane adhesives and enable them to develop adhesives with a lower environmental impact.
Giuseppe
Librandi said: “With the completion of this acquisition, we will further promote the many commercial and technical projects underway around the world. Coim is confident in the development prospects of the adhesive industry. The full acquisition of Neoflex represents the first step in the growth plan, in which We will continue to invest heavily in this area over the next few years.”
