Zhuhai Hongchang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hongchang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen BYD Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BYD Co., Ltd., recently signed the “Automotive Parts Production Materials” regarding cooperation matters between the two parties. BYD Supply Chain Company will purchase epoxy resin from Zhuhai Hongchang. The specific purchase model, purchase quantity, purchase price, etc. shall be subject to the purchase contract/order separately signed by both parties.
