The Ministry of Commerce is organizing a series of "Golden Nine and Silver Ten" consumption promotion activities to better meet residents' holiday consumption needs and promote the continued recovery and expansion of consumption. . Mainly focus on the following four aspects:
First, run consumption promotion activities well. We organized and carried out key activities such as the “National Home Renovation Consumption Season”, “National Quarter-Minute Convenience Consumption Festival” and “Embracing the CIIE Launch Season”, and launched the “Loveful Mid-Autumn Festival Gifts to Welcome the National Day”, “Welcome the Asian Games and High Shopping Asia” and “Integrity Prosperity” Consumption scenarios such as “Business Credit Benefiting the People” activate the consumer market.
The second is to strengthen policy guidance. On the one hand, we will work with relevant departments to implement the policies to promote consumption in the fields of home furnishings, automobiles, electronic products and other areas that have been introduced in the past to ensure that the policies are effective. On the other hand, focusing on key areas, we will promote the introduction of a number of policy measures to support the development of the automotive aftermarket, adding impetus to the accelerated recovery of consumption.
The third is to optimize consumption carriers. In cities, we will speed up the cultivation and construction of international consumption center cities, confirm a new batch of national model pedestrian streets, and promote the three-year action of a quarter-minute convenient living circle. In rural areas, we will implement a three-year action plan for county-level commerce to speed up efforts to make up for the shortcomings of rural commerce.
The fourth is to cultivate new consumption. Promote the healthy development of new consumption formats and models such as instant retail, live streaming e-commerce, and social e-commerce. Create more immersive, experiential and interactive consumption scenarios to promote the mutual empowerment of business, travel, culture, sports and fitness and the integration of online and offline businesses. Advocate the concept of green and low-carbon consumption and promote green and smart consumption.
