The deadline for feedback is September 27, 2023.
The "Measures for the Management of Disability Level Assessment of Long-term Care Insurance (Trial)" has 8 chapters and 36 articles, clarifying the designated assessment institutions, assessors, assessment standards, assessment processes, etc. Among them, the circumstances in which the application for disability level assessment will not be accepted include: those who have not participated in long-term care insurance; those who do not meet the conditions for benefits; the care service expenses incurred do not fall within the payment scope of the long-term care insurance fund; the application materials are incomplete or false materials are provided ; other long-term care insurance will not accept assessment.
The "Measures for the Fixed-point Management of Long-term Care Insurance Disability Level Assessment Institutions (Trial)" has 5 chapters and 26 articles, which clarifies the determination of fixed-point evaluation institutions, the operation and management of fixed-point evaluation institutions, and the supervision and management of fixed-point evaluation institutions.
It is reported that the establishment of a long-term care insurance system is an important institutional arrangement to make up for the shortcomings of the social insurance system. At present, long-term care insurance pilots have covered 49 cities. As of the end of 2022, the number of long-term care insurance participants has reached 169 million, with a total of 1.95 million people enjoying benefits, and a cumulative expenditure fund of 62.4 billion yuan.
